Short-Term and Medical Aid Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable person to fill the position of Short-Term and Medical Aid Representative with our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our existing book as well as promoting and selling short-term insurance and medical aid products to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling short-term insurance and medical aid products where needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new client opportunities.
- Documentation: Accurately complete and submit all necessary documentation and reports.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.
- Networking: Attend industry events and network with potential clients and partners.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Preferably in the insurance industry.
